Hi there! This is Katherine from Crafting with Katherine on the blog today!
This month’s card kit from The Stamps of Life is a lot of fun! It coordinates with Pinatas2stamp, this month’s club set.
I created 5 different cards using contents of the Card kit and adding in fun Stamps of Life stamps and dies in my craft stash. There are lots of photos so keep scrolling!
There are LOTS of pictures so please keep scrolling!
This was a very quick card because of the Ribbon Edge A2 Card base. With just a few cuts in your machine, you have a card base and the patterned layer done. Add a sentiment and you are finished!
Supplies: Ribbon EdgeA2 die set, Super Statement die
On the next card, I did some ink blending on the next card with the Blending brushes.
I stamped the Hot air balloon on different patterned paper pieces and die cut them.
I layered them onto my blended panel as well as some clouds (the cloud die is included in the Hot air balloon die set. The stamp comes from the Card kit.
Next up I die cut my patterned paper pieces using the Flower Flip it. I stamped the Birthday Greeting sentiment on the patterned flower.
The patterned paper pad of the kit contains precolored Pinatas. I die cut this one using the Club die, Pinatas2stamp. Also, this Piñata moves! I added a wobbler to it for some added fun.
On the next card, I cut the gate fold card and assembled. I added patterned paper. I stamped and die cut the cupcake. I turned it into a shaker but adding some acetate and Adhesive Foam.
Here is a look at the inside. I stamped a couple of balloons and stars and finished it off with a sentiment from the Card kit stamp set.
Lots of shaking with this one!
For my final card, I die cut the Circle background using Banana card stock. I layered it onto the small Piñata patterned paper from the Card kit pad.
I love circles! They are my favorite shape. I decided to add some buttons included in the kit to the circle openings. The Hi there is from the Card kit stamp set.
I think my favorite things in this month’s Card kit are the wooden cactus pieces! They come in different sizes and just add a fun element.
There you have it – 5 cards from 1 Card kit! If you don’t know about the Clubs that The Stamps of Life offers, be sure to check them out. Don’t forget to stop by the Gallery for even more inspiration!
