Meet Kirstin!

Hello, My Friends!

I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving.  We had a marvelous day with friends and family...and, we took most of each day off!  :)  We only worked an hour here and there, so we are all well rested and ready for the Christmas rush.  :)

I thought I'd share a fun "Behind the Scenes" Video with you today.  In this episode, you'll meet Kirstin...(aka my oldest daughter)...and what she does for our company....

Isn't Kirstin adorable?!?  I don't know what I would do without her her.  I'm amazed at how well she handles customers (she even deals with the big guys for us...companies you'd find in Michael's, AC Moore, etc.!)

She is so much like Ken...so level headed, number oriented and organized.  Pretty much the opposite of me!  :)

Have you Seen it?!?

Hello, My Friends!

I don't think I told you what I got for Mother's Day.....  If you know me at all, you know I'm not a diamond/expensive jewelry type....nope.  In fact, I don't care for real diamonds...I lose things!  The ring I wear on my ring finger is fake!  {SHHHHH!}  It was a QVC deal for $32.  :)

So, what did I want for Mother's Day?!?  A cotton candy machine!  Not a little, dinky, toy one....a REAL one!  :)  Luckily we have plenty of room at the office for it, so YEP.  That's what I got!  :)

We are having a cotton candy party at the office today.  I can't wait to test it out.  Of course, I get the first one.  :)  I'll be sure to post pictures on our Facebook....so, stay tuned!  :)

Have you Seen it?!?

The newest episode of a 30 Second Card {in five minutes!} is now available.  In it, I use a Flip-it Die and show off a technique called Second Generation Stamping.  Check it out.....

Today.....

Hello, My Friends,

Today..........

I'm flying home from Hawaii with my daughter, Katie.  We will land at the LAX airport around 11:30pm.

Today is a good day.  It will mean the end of a four week whirlwind of travel.

In four weeks, I've been to Chicago, Philadelphia, Nashville and Hawaii (and home to CA between each trip!).

The last four weeks I've been on 11 planes.
The last four weeks I've slept in four hotels.
The last four weeks I've been home only nine days.

I now have FOUR WEEKS off from travel.

I'll be honest, it's hard to be away so much.  However, I have had a BLAST!  I've met so many incredible people!  I've introduced so many people to stamping and die cutting and to my favorite machine, the eclips!

It will be nice to be home for a few weeks, but I know after about two weeks, I'll start itching.  I'll start getting restless.  I won't feel, 'right'.  I'll then realize it's because I've been in the same spot too long.  I'll start thinking about the next trip.  And then I'll realize....the next trip is a big one.

I mean, a really big one.

I'll be traveling to South Africa!

I'll be teaching for Sizzix....(and stamping, too!)

I feel so blessed to be able to travel and teach.

I feel so blessed when I get to meet people at events that have watched my videos, or used my stamps or used my products.

I feel so blessed that I have a company that I run the way I feel a company should be ran.

I'll be honest, I thank God everyday for my Club Members, my customers and the friends I've met.

Today.....is my birthday and I feel so incredibly blessed.

Hugs,
Stephanie

Updates...

Hello, My Friends!

Summer is in full swing around here!  Kirstin graduates today from High School, so Summer is officially HERE!  :)

Since 2011 is almost half way over, I thought now would be a good time to do some updates....

Introducing...a Stephanie Barnard Logo!

Huh?!?  What?!?  Why?!?

Well, those questions will be answered soon, ;) but in the meantime...I thought I'd share the logo with you....

Kinda cute, huh?  ;)

On a more personal note, Kirstin not only is graduating today, she also had her Senior Prom (while I was in Puerto Rico {pout!})

Here are some pictures to share...

And we don't want to leave Katie Pie out...so here's one of both girls....

This summer will be a busy one for our family.  The girls are going camping at the beach with my Mom for two weeks, Katie has cheer practice almost every day, Kirstin has already started classes at the local college (12 units this summer), and lots of travel.  But, alas, no vacations for me!

I'll be traveling to Chicago for CHA Summer, a Creating Keepsakes Convention in PA, and a Creating Keepsakes Convention in Nashville, TN.

Well, I think that's it for updates.

Happy Stamping!

Hugs,
Stephanie
